These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Riven Fitness mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Account Registration
To use Riven Fitness, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
- Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
3. Fitness Disclaimer
Riven Fitness is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The workouts, exercises, and recommendations provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur from your use of the App and the exercises it recommends.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Riven Fitness offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("Riven Premium").
- Free tier includes Quick Start workouts, custom workouts, workout logging, and social features.
- Riven Premium includes AI-enhanced workout generation, Training Momentum scoring, muscle recovery insights, smart progression, and all workout splits.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of payment. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, though Apple may issue refunds at their discretion under their own refund policy.
5. User Content
You may share workout summaries, comments, and other content through the App's social features. You retain ownership of your content but grant Riven Fitness a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it within the App for the purpose of operating the social features.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of Riven Fitness. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@rivenfit.app.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riven Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or loss of profits.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
