Common Questions

How do I reset my password?

Go to the login screen and tap 'Forgot Password.' You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select Riven Fitness → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are processed through Apple. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the Riven Fitness purchase. Apple handles all refund decisions.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings in the Riven app and tap 'Restore Purchases.' This will sync your subscription status with the App Store. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase.

My workouts aren't generating. What should I do?

Make sure you have an active internet connection. If you're on premium and workouts still won't generate, try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, email us at support@rivenfit.app.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the Riven app → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including workout history, progress, and social posts. This action cannot be undone.

The app is crashing or not loading properly.

First, make sure you're on the latest version of Riven from the App Store. Try restarting your device. If the problem continues, email us at support@rivenfit.app with your device model and iOS version so we can investigate.

How do I change my workout split?

Go to your Profile tab → tap your current split → select a new one. Your next generated workout will follow the new split. Note: some splits require a premium subscription.

Can I use Riven on iPad or Mac?

Riven is currently designed for iPhone. We're focused on making the best possible iPhone experience first, but we're exploring other platforms for the future.

How does the Training Momentum score work?

Training Momentum measures your overall training quality across three factors: performance (are you progressing?), consistency (are you showing up?), and muscle balance (are you training evenly?). It updates after each workout.
